No, it's Puh-Lah-Teeze!!

Well... instead of diving deep on this blog post....which is normally how I roll.... I'm going to share with you my 3 week challenge.

I am going to do Pilates everyday...starting today.

Like...right after I am done posting this.

I have been doing it off and on for about 3-4 weeks....but I am going to step it up a little.

Hopefully I don't get distracted...


I get distracted easily..not sure about you. It took me like 20 minutes to post this.
